The story of Core Motion and Rob’s philosophy behind his current practice.

Having a practice that was a personalized experience for the client was always the most important element to Core Motion. Various therapeutic strategies including hands on treatment, mobility and postural work, along with strength training, coordinated an all encompassing physical wellness experience. Currently, the practice has been fueled by Rob’s own personal “longevity” quest. Focusing on the constant desire to keep his conditioning regimen geared toward feeling as youthful as possible, while continuing to participate in high level fitness activity. In other words, having a feeling of youth within his own body while continuing to train at a high level. The primary question to answer during Rob’s own journey became: “what should be modified or tweaked within my program as I age to continue feeling youthful?” Do you want to get older without feeling old?
